Membership Benefits

Membership is open to all individuals or groups that work closely with the elderly or have an interest in the guardianship process. Members include not only professional and family guardians but assisted living facilities, nursing homes, attorneys, home health services, investment firms, and various community organizations.

PayPal is available for your convenience. Note you do  not need to have a PayPal account to utilize this service, you may proceed as a guest. 

Apply by Mail

Simply complete the online application, once you get to the payment page print out the invoice and mail to the address on the invoice.  Your membership will remain pending until payment is received.
