"CONTRACTORS MEET CONSUMER FRAUD INVESTIGATOR"
 Anna Marie Millett, Consumer Fraud
Investigator with Pinellas County Department of Justice and Consumer Services in 2002, brings information on what consumers should know before hiring a contactor. She will highlight
the most common scams and how to
avoid getting scammed. This office also investigates crimes against consumers and provides dispute resolutions. Anna Marie is certified as a Florida Supreme Court Mediator.
 Roman Katynski, President and owner of Ai Remodeling & Repairs, Inc., tackles large jobs as well as small repairs. He will provide information on exterior trim additions or repairs and remodeling of bathrooms, kitchens, attics and other interior rooms. This includes painting, flooring, doors and windows. He will explain the dangers of hiring unlicensed personnel.
Prior to moving to Florida in 2006, Roman , an Air Force Veteran, serving four years during the Vietnam War, owned his own business in Connecticut for 20 years. A graduate of NRI School for Building Construction, he is familiar with home construction and hand-tool manufacturing. He was a former Quality Control Manager and Maintenance Foreman.
 John Jones, President, owner, and Master Plumber, will focus on his business relating to residential and commercial plumbing services and light remodeling. He is on call 24-7 for emergencies, including water leaks damaging property and drainage problems preventing use of plumbing systems.
