The personal property industry – encompassing antiques, art, and other rare and valuable items – is a complicated yet necessary space for guardians to navigate on behalf of their wards. In this presentation, certified personal property appraiser Danny Triplett will discuss key aspects of tangible property that can help guardians successfully manage their ward’s valuables for a variety of purposes. Guardians will learn:

  1. How to identify and understand the worth of their ward’s personal property
  2. When they may need professional valuation or appraisal services
  3. Best practices for selling or liquidating their ward’s valuables

SPEAKER BIO:

Danny Triplett is a Certified Personal Property Appraiser who has been serving the Greater Tampa Bay Area for over fifteen years. Triplett entered the personal property industry in 2008 and, two years later, founded the Florida-based estate sale company, Full House Liquidation. For over a decade, the award-winning company conducted high-end estate sales throughout the Bay Area. In 2015, Triplett received his personal property appraisal training in St. Louis, Missouri from the Certified Appraisers Guild of America. He then founded the personal property appraisal firm Valuables Appraisal Service. The firm specializes in certified written appraisal reports and provides brokerage services for precious metal liquidation and fine auction placement.
